North Cascades Lacrosse Overview

We strive to have North Cascades Lacrosse become an integral member of the lacrosse community and your daughter’s athletic and developmental activities.  We have a focus on enhancing individual skills, team play, and sportsmanship.

By utilizing the sport of lacrosse as the vehicle, our coaches are challenged to impart the values of sportsmanship, respect and positive competition. We embrace and teach that all our participants to always give full effort in the spirit of striving to learn and improve.

It is our goal that your daughters continue to grow and shine as a person first, teammate second and lacrosse player third.

We hope you will join us for some serious fun and outstanding lacrosse!

Remembering Mary Clare “Molly” Conley (1998-2013)

The Washington state lacrosse community is deeply saddened with the loss of Molly Conley of the Roosevelt Girls Lacrosse club this past weekend. These tragic circumstances have touched many within our lacrosse community.

Jason Hennig

Past President, Washington Schoolgirls Lacrosse Association

North Cascades has donated and distributed over 500 memorial stickers in honor of Molly. The jerseys have a special memorial patch on the back in her honor as well. We all strive to be Molly strong, Molly Brave and live life like Molly!
